Located in Western Pennsylvania, approximately 34 miles north of Pittsburgh, Metal Solutions' newly constructed 15,000-square-foot facility houses a turn-key manufacturing solution. Our production capabilities and technical expertise is trusted by our partners to take on their most challenging projects.
Metal Solutions was founded in 2006, operating out of a 2,500 square- foot facility with one CNC machine and one manual mill. Due to innovation and lasting customer relationships, Metal Solutions has grown into a full-service manufacturer. Today Metal Solutions is a second-generation family-owned business, and we look forward to being the preferred manufacturing partner for generations to come.

At Metal Solutions quality is our number one priority and at the core of everything we do. Our Total Quality Management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified and guides us in providing defect free parts delivered on time and at a competitive price. We operate a portable Quantum S (high accuracy) Faro Arm to perform 3D inspections. Additionally, our Quality Department utilizes fully calibrated gauges and dimensional data sheets to ensure part compliance.

Because quality is at the forefront of our operations, we have a strong focus on continuous improvement. Metal Solutions recognizes the value in a lean manufacturing culture and the correlation to minimizing defects. Our entire company has participated in Lean Manufacturing training and utilizes lean tools to streamline operations, minimize variability, and provide the most value to our customers.
